Well, there is a lot of political commentary due on the hurricane story, and I am doing my best to contain myself.
At this very moment, many, many people are gravely endangered. Communities cut off completely. No food, no power, likely no shelter. Wet contaminated clothing. Now way in, no way out.
I saw pictures of people sitting in their “living rooms” in waist high water. Meanwhile, our horrifically corrupt federal government sees fit to tax us to oblivion and spend it on illegal migrants for their food, clothing and shelter after they criminally cross the border. You will see below the Federal emergency services is broke, first meeting the “needs of the illegals” our current administration has deliberately solicited into the country while our own people are in dire straits. I have read of the stench of decaying bodies rotting in water. No drinking water. Sewage. PRIVATE helicopters going out to rescue, praise these heroes.

You know I am a one to question authority. You know that the government came after me for standing up for my rights after the government did me a wrong. But here, in my opinion, we have a criminal enterprise in Washington, where hundreds of billions are spent on a proxy war that DID NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN, more billions spend on importing and taking care of the food, clothing, shelter and medical needs of those invading our country, and our own people are left to rot. Yet the state-run press (Pravda) has spun a different story for you on those responsible. I harbor what I call a righteous ANGER. I hope you will feel the same way.
The rulers of this nation had the money to purchase genetic alteration shots and have it forced on you. It had the money to take down the border wall, with one candidate spewing venomous criticism of the wall at the time, now proposing it be rebuilt. I don’t want to offend anyone’s political perceptions. If my facts are wrong, tell me, please.
The government spends trillions on medical therapies that do not heal at best and damages you in the long run. It will spend for sex change operations for military personnel and prisoners. It spends money on its own disinformation. It simply prints what it needs for war, and even to give to Iran. Printing is a tax on you through inflation and devaluing what you have………… And our own people are left to rot in stench. They have the money to pay their stooges to censor us, and plans to destroy the 1st amendment and enforce draconian scamdemic mandates. The RULERS are prepared to pay for preparations of millions of illegals, but we cannot save and prepare for natural disasters we KNOW will occur. The idiots running my state (communist California) have not seen fit to save the excess of good times to prepare for the next earthquake, we know will come. They spend it to buy votes to maintain their corrupt grip on power. And even though running a serious deficit and funding sex changes on the deficit, the Rulers are debating Reparations for slavery though California was NOT a slave state. My wife is Chinese. Why is the state not debating reparations for the horror it inflicted on the imported Chinese laborers (coolies) in the late 1800s?
As per the New York Post, one of the few remaining fact reporting news outlets in the country:
WASHINGTON — Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas set off outrage Wednesday when he told reporters that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) “does not have the funds” to see Americans through the rest of this Atlantic hurricane season — after the agency spent more than $1.4 billion since the fall of 2022 to address the migrant crisis.
“We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have,” Mayorkas said during a press gaggle on Air Force One en route to tour damage from Hurricane Helene in South and North Carolina.
“We are expecting another hurricane hitting,” he added. “We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season and what — what is imminent.”
Critics pointed out that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) allocated $640.9 million this year in FEMA-administered funds to aid state and local governments coping with the influx of asylum seekers — though Mayorkas’ office fired back late Thursday, insisting that those funds couldn’t be used for hurricane relief because Congress authorized them specifically for the migrant crisis.
“The Biden-Harris administration took more than a billion tax dollars that had been allocated to FEMA for disaster relief and used it to house illegal aliens,” fumed Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). “Now, they’ve abandoned American hurricane victims in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.”
“Americans impacted by the storm are eligible for $750 from FEMA to buy groceries.”
Meanwhile, millions of illegals are “eligible” for all of life’s needs.
Mark Twain once said we have the best government money can buy. At the time he was correct. Nowadays, I’d say he is wrong. We have the best government possible (which includes Deep State) to support to eviscerate and destroy the fading shining star of the planet, the USA.
This administration has the gall to pay thousands per illegal but only $750 for groceries for those WIPED OUT by the storm.
If Americans remain so STUPID to not make some changes in their choices of RULERS in the upcoming election, then the nation deserves what is coming. I was not registered to vote for many years, believing that my non vote was making a statement. I didn’t want to vote for the lesser of two evils. I changed my mind. I will vote for the lesser of two evils, since I see my economic and professional survival depending on it. And professionally, I see RFK, Jr on one side of the equation.
‘Martin Armstrong posted the most shocking of the unfolding political horror. The same candidate who decried the border wall is calling for any hurricane relief to be based on race, gender, color of skin, equity, etc. I’ve never heard of disaster relief based on diversity and equity. Perhaps if you are a trans Antifa member, you’d get it first, but I doubt there are many of that ilk in these communities. Those (WOKE ANTIFA rioters) were the people this candidate raised bail for during the BLM inspired infernos. This candidate is a person already sworn to support and defend the Constitution. And this person wants to be President while calling for more billions for the proxy war and supporting thousands per month (PER MONTH!) for the illegals, and basing disaster relief on WOKE principles. No wonder we are a nation coming apart at the seams.
Sorry to be seemingly hot for this post and tossing some extra political comments, but I am still burning from federal government policies that permitted a man to die of a superbug infection in a hospital, which denied him a ‘right to try’ the oxidation therapy I was prepared to administer at my own cost and travel expense. I do hope we will be honorably told of the needless excess suffering of those in the southeast due to a government that felt it more politically correct to prepare for and assist criminal entry into the nation than prepare to save our own.
I know people in Ashville, North Carolina. I am screaming here for them, in part because I had almost gone there years ago to barter in the hills for my services.

PS The only good thing in the news today is that the dock workers union settled and the East will not suffer even worse.
PPS A good friend mentioned to me that the constitution does not provide for the feds to fund in state disasters. I have been fully aware of that and cannot disagree, especially because I co-authored a book on that the government was not permitted to do in forcing a fiat worthless debt currency on us. Nevertheless, neither does the Constitution provide for the dismantling of our borders and financing of an invasion. Nor does it provide for foreign aid, financing foreign proxy wars, vaccines, or entry into any of our personal health matters.
Herb, I highly respect what you have to say and your beliefs, but more important, your FREEDOM to say it. I fear for the latter for those who are “politically incorrect.”
Today I listened to an interview if KH. She admitted/said she was part of the decision making of the Biden (senile) administration and would not have changed anything in retrospect.
Hmmm. I remember her saying she was against fracking to the end of the earth. Now she favors it. (Needs Pennsylvania). She thought Trump’s wall was racist, evil, ego driven, and essentially Nazi. Now she favors it. She supported mandatory vaccines. Yet with the 20/20 retrospective vision we have today about the pandemic and the nightmare of the vaccines and idiotic lockdowns and masks, she would not have changed everything. Yet she is promising us “change”. Why change? She was part of the process that brought all this, including a 25% hit to your wealth (theft) in the form of inflation which you did not have an ability to vote on. And she would not change this. This admin, with her second to the top, brought us divisive and racist DEI, and the horror of WOKISM. And, she would not change it. Her administration brought us government sponsored censorship (as admitted by Zuckerberg) – a CLEAR violation of her oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution. And, she would not change it. And, she helped to bail out violent arsonists in the BLM inspired riots a few years back. And you expect anyone to believe a word from her mouth and other freedoms we stand to lose? She would not change the endless war in Ukraine, a war that could have been prevented, in my opinion.
With the open talk of tearing the first amendment out of the Constitution (it is first because it is the most important), you might lose the pleasure of being able to post your thoughts on this page if I am taken out for “misinformation”, as being openly discussed in the circles you seem to support.
I am not endorsing her, or Trump. I am only looking at facts. I look at what she says, but MUCH more importantly I look at what she DID. I look at what Trump might say, but MUCH more importantly, I look at what he DID. And I also consider that he has been shot, knows more may come, yet is willing to risk his life for the causes he believes in.
I do not want a government “of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations”. The word “corporations” includes the ELITES, who are running the show and the war machine, and whom we were warned about by Eisenhower when I was a youth.
I am just trying to be “rational” and logical in my thought processes here. I do not like Trump’s rhetoric. I don’t like the rhetoric of anyone in the political arena now, except perhaps RFK, Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, and now Elon Musk for risking much of his fortune to help save the first amendment which was being shredded with the help of Dorsey and Twitter.
Enjoy the precious freedoms you still have while you still have them. You will be affected when those threatening to take them succeed in what they want to do. I’ll kick back and hope I can just watch the show and live out my life in peace.
Finally, I have not heard from you publicly or privately about your misguided public post that I hate immigrants. Then I would hate my grandparents, my wife, and even myself for being the descendants of immigrants. You know who ought to hate immigrants – the American aboriginals, whose lands you likely currently occupy.
Some do not connect the dots because in their limited vision there are no dots to connect. What is happening to this country is so BLATANT it’s hard to fathom how anyone can NOT see what’s really going on. What’s happening in our own southern states with the hurricane is similar to what happened in Lahaina with the same $750 offered per household while our citizens are dying and needing help; while illegals are being fast tracked to gain legal status being given monies, healthcare, food and shelter. Our own vice president never in her political career voted in favor of our veterans getting pay increases or benefits yet believes illegals are entitled to food, shelter, education and healthcare.
Some are bent on being “right” instead of seeing the facts.
