Ozone Device Innovations
#66 2026 The Rowen Report
Dear Subscriber,
I just had a third wisdom tooth removed – last week. I had two wisdom teeth extracted about 48 years ago. Why? I did not know much about dental hygiene and had inflamed tissue around them. Lower quality dentists then said I should get that side removed.
I did well with the other side, but one of the remaining two began to abut the tooth in front of it, compromising it. And the lower tooth became a trap for food causing inflammation and need to floss after most any meal – a good thing to do anyway.
This time I had ozone applied in the dental chair. As soon as I got home I got to using a uniqre dental ozonating device, which is in development by a American retired attorney who lives in Thailand. I was really excited to be given one to try it out. It sets you up to allow water into your mouth, and then have ozone continuously bubbling in. This set up stops any possibility ozone inhalation and keeps the good stuff entirely and safely in your mouth. I’ve used it for about 30 minutes per day since, and the local extraction site feels better after each application. It is called Biotusk.
Here is what it looks like as I use it at my desk: It has a port for water to come in your mouth, a port for ozone gas to bubble in, and of course, an exit to the ozone destruct hanging towards your right. I hope something like this will become commonly available for common dental issues like infection, periodontitis, and even caries. I will keep you posted on developments with it. Mine is a prototype.
But there is another something that has drawn my attention for oral use.
This is ozone water made easy. You just charge up the device with a cell phone charger. Fill with clean water and it comes on when you push the button. In a few minutes it stops and you immediately drink and/or swish and swallow. It makes a reasonable concentration of ozone, is totally portable and operates on its own to make ozone for bubbling right out of the water. Quite swift and unique. One charge enables many more uses than I would have thought.
If you like it, it is made by Promolife.com and the discount code for all its products, as well as PURO3.com and its ozonated glycerin is REDWOOD.
I will be getting the food trap last wisdom tooth removed in a few weeks. It is now useless as a chewing tooth since its upper counterpart is gone. Oh, I should admit that the day before the extraction I followed my own advice and got a high dose ozone blood treatment. I have recommended ozone for decades for anyone facing a medical or dental procedure to put considerably more healing strength into the body.
I thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. The trip to Congo is not sealed yet as I am waiting on a formal written invitation. But Dr. Robins has agreed to go to Africa with me again, this time not kicking and screaming (smile), but actually excited about it. I believe we could change the world of malaria treatment as well. Jim Humble did it with chlorine dioxide, but that has been stymied by the powers at be.
I will keep you posted on developments. I have received promises of donations of ozone machines and some other materials necessary for the adventure. This epidemic has a lower death rate than the Sierra Leone West Africa outbreak of 2014 – about 33% now with this current strain compared to a stunning 60% back then.
I believe that this vicious virus, like most all viruses, has a soft underbelly. It needs need a particular (reduced with lots of electrons) redox status to be able to enter the target host cell. Put them in a more oxidized environment where electrons are stripped from their cell sticky viral coat and the stickiness vanishes and the virus cannot attach and enter. It is simply mind boggling to me that the pundits have let this simple truth pass them by while they look for toxic and expensive alternatives. Of course, the same goes for the usual childhood viral diseases where we are relying on potentially dangerous vaccines when oxidation therapy (including intravenous vitamin C) will most likely promote rapid and safe healing, and permit full lifetime immunity.
To Your Excellent Health!

The electrolysis method for ozonated water generation is interesting. However, has anyone tested the heavy metal contamination after electrolysis? It’s highly possible that methods on the electrodes can degrade and leak into the water. Swirling in the mouth might be ok but drinking could pose a huge risk.
I am not aware of any vendors check the water quality after electrolysis. Would love to see the data if available.
Dr. Rowen who did you use for your extraction? It would be good to have the name in my referral base if I need an extraction in the future. I was ordering PUR-C through your clinic, now that you have sold the clinic how can I continue to purchase this product. Thanks.
