Many of the people who got one shot, also dutifully lined up for the second, and many still for the third and fourth. It would be extremely unlikely that ALL the shots a single individual received were of the placebo type. We have seen the worst effects from the subsequent shots. Likely due to immune system priming and vigorous reaction after an earlier exposure.

Could in large part just be an artefact of old people going first. But anything is possible with Pfizer
Yes, but that seemingly might not explain the total absence of toxicity in one batch.
