A Real Chance at Medical Freedom?

Our nation is crumbling. The Constitution is in free fall tatters. Two administrations have stood by while freedom of speech in medicine has been tossed in sulfuric acid, and Holy Rights to your own body violated. Freedom of religion was snuffed: churches were closed while Walmart and big box stores remained open! You have been deprived of your 7^th amendment protected right to sue out for injury by vaccine. The most sacred right of all – that of your body – was nuked. If you did not submit, you would lose your government job (or any job in a business remotely connected to government). Property (your livelihood) could be taken from you absent due process and trial by jury, 5^th amendment. The only amendment not shredded is the second amendment, and that is merely because we do have a second amendment!

I strongly encourage all of you to listen to this speech given by RFK, Jr (and suprisingly found in the Progressive PBS News Hour) given to the Libertarian party on these and other Constitutional issues. This is the most incredible campaign speech I’ve heard from any candidate in our lifetime. He did not promise anything to anybody, such as gender affirming care, free medical care to illegal aliens, handouts, etc. What he promised was a return to Constitutional Law above everything else. He pointed out that our nation was born in a time of emergency and even pandemics. The Founders knew what pandemics were and did not write exceptions to fundamental freedoms into the Bill of Rights. Further, the Bill of Rights does not bestow any Right upon you. The Bill of Rights PROTECTS you from a government gone amok and shredding your GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. No candidate in history has moved forward with hardcore promises to absolutely protect you from our alleged government sullying your absolute freedoms, until now. (Please remember that I have made him aware of the unconstitutional currency of theft (the FRN), donated pre-1933 gold real money, and sent him a copy of my book on the currency. We may have a real shot at deep seated reform in this election. I would be pleased if the other candidates picked up on these issues. We the People come first, not puppet heads of state.

I provide this information for you doing my duty to inform you of health freedom and medical matters in politics. I have met this man and exchanged emails.

Just some of the things he has spoken about:

1.     He has spoken against corporate interests supplanting your interests.

2.     Forced vaccination/genetic jab alteration of your biochemistry

3.     Environmental degradation by industrial interests over human interests.

4.     Your absolute rights to health choices outside the realm of Big Pharma.

5.     Protection of unconventional/natural health care rights.

6.     Your rights to access nutritional supplements and health care outside FDA “approval”.

True enough, I am not on board with 100% of all his positions, nor could I likely be with any candidate. For example, to the best of my knowledge, he is for single payer. I don’t think that is possible and maintain a level playing field between chemical-based medicine and natural medicine, which is being decimated by Pharma based corporate interests. Nevertheless, I believe strongly that he will be open and listen to the weaknesses in single payer. He has responded to some of my outreaches directly.

Folks, as you know, I believe in Liberty first and foremost. If you don’t have liberty, you will have neither freedom nor security, as Founder Ben Franklin is quoted. Please take the time to listen to his delivery here. You can shorten it at 1.5 speed and get everything.

We face the most critical election ever. At the rate of freefall in the last 4 years, I don’t think the American experiment will make it another 4 years. We are being torn apart at the seams by Wokeism, divisiveness created by government in race, gender, sexual preference, religion, medicine, open borders, etc. At last, we have a candidate who realizes the most important thing to protect is the Constitution/your Liberties, and not transgenders, DEI, the New World Order, the border invaders, nor government interceding to protect ourselves from each other from fabricated situations like COVID.  

Please know that I left Facebook [now Meta] because of government/industry collusion in censoring me. I am honored that you came over to Substack from a corrupt platform, but had the first amendment not been trampled upon by the “public-private partnership” in destruction of our liberties, we would still be there. I am certain that Kennedy will do all he can to end censorship of speech that the “government” does not like. That was the fundamental purpose of our number 1 amendment.

PS Meanwhile, the Democratic party RFK, Jr left, at least the California wing, has unanimously voted to protect illegal immigrant sexual predators by remaining a sanctuary state for them. This is both a political and a health issue, and is appalling to me as a Californian. Kennedy breaks with the party that has abdicated its Constitutional mandate to protect our borders from invasion and has promised to seal the border, his duty under the Constitution.
