To the Free Speech 'Gas Chambers' at Lightning Speed in the Left Coast State

California is moving at ever faster speed towards totalitarianism. I can tell you were I not at my age, and relatively fixated in office and home, I would leave this state to another where my beliefs will not cost me my livelihood.

Tyrant Senator (Dr) Richard Pan has sponsored lots of legislation aimed at forcibly vaccinating all children, including for diseases that pose essentially no risk to them, and which the rest of us need their “sink” of natural immunity to protect us from (like COVID). The term “sink” comes from the fact that if you have natural COVID immunity, you will have neutralizing antibodies which will simply suck out the virus. This is what will create real herd immunity, and children are a vast pool of “sinks”.

Now it is really hitting home. The state is process of zippering my mouth. The Assembly just passed AB 2098, which adds a new category to “unprofessional conduct” to medical licensing of medical doctors. It will essentially mandate the medical licensing board to discipline (possibly license revocation) for giving medical advice regarding COVID that flies in the face of mainstream propaganda. Please read these ambiguous provisions in the bill:

2270. (a) It shall constitute unprofessional conduct for a physician and surgeon to disseminate or promote misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19, including false or misleading information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.

(3) “Misinformation” means false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus to an extent where its dissemination constitutes gross negligence by the licensee.

(4) “Disinformation” means misinformation that the licensee deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead.

(5) “Disseminate” means the conveyance of information from the licensee to a patient under the licensee’s care in the form of treatment or advice.

(b) Prior to bringing a disciplinary action against a licensee under this section, the board shall consider both whether the licensee departed from the applicable standard of care and whether the misinformation or disinformation resulted in harm to patient health.

Comment:

Medicine is rich in a history of ever changing “science”. Aspirin was once a holy grail, and just very recently has fallen from its tower. Now with Pan’s tenor, I would have been delicensed years ago for advising against aspirin for vascular disease, but praised a hero today, however, only after my life was totally wrecked. There are opposing views in contemporary literature about COVID treatment and vaccination. Which views is the board supposed to take? How do you determine “intent to mislead”? Is simply showing articles questioning the wisdom of vaccine or showing VAERS data on harm an intent to “mislead”? How about “disseminate”? I am giving you information here. Does that count as “disseminate” in 5 above? And in the last paragraph, it directs the board to “consider” if the physician has departed from the standard of care and if the “misinformation” resulted in harm. Well, that is nebulous and ambiguous. How do you measure harm or determine harm? And what does “consider” mean. Does it mean that actual harm is a factor in stripping the license or just the investigators “thinking” about the matter? If I suggest to a patient not to get a vaccine and he suffers no vaccine injury as a positive consequence, I won’t get any credit.

And what about treating the disease? If Fauci dictates lethal remdesivir, and I don’t prescribe it, have I violated the norm?

This is what the current world is progressing towards. COVID was made far worse by government. Everything it did was wrong. Just take ventilators. Early in the pandemic, ventilators were pushed. Under this edict, if you did not recommend and push it, you could lose your license. But today we know that ventilators do a lot of harm and they are not being pushed.

This is sheer craziness and one of the best examples I can present of the axiom that “power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely!”  

I don’t know if I can continue discussing vaccines and COVID even here. On one hand, simple subscribers are not my patients. But some patients do read my posts. However, I am not in the capacity of a doctor patient relationship here and would believe that I have a 1st amendment protected right here. But the Constitution has become a hollow instrument when it comes to agency enforcement, and TYRANTS like Pan and his cronies who do NOT represent their constituents but the evil corporations that fund their coffers.

I lobbied my district representative hard on this, as did Terri, and he voted for it, as expected. Pan’s signature horror, SB 277, forced vaccines for children, after generating a parade of many hundreds of citizens in opposition. He stood there like a robot listening to those who traveled hours to speak. It meant nothing to him, nor to the corrupt Pharma politician cronies who trashed parental rights.

I do not expect this to be stopped in the corrupt California senate. And, in the meantime, a bill is progressing in the legislature to permit 12-year-old minors to consent to vaccination. Why not give equal protection and permit them to consent to sex? A vaccine can maim, injure and kill. All sex can do is get the girl pregnant and then she can get an abortion without her parents knowledge or consent. Everything is “sanitized”.

And, why are medical doctors the only ones targeted for disciplinary action for giving a dissenting opinion about COVID. There are other health practitioners in the state, including naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, etc. Only physicians are nailed on this one, courtesy of Senator Pan, the nefarious force behind this.

Folks, clearly there is an agenda amongst the Progressives who know what is better for you and your children than you do. Science used to be moved by dissent and discussion. Medicine and our RULERS have forgotten the Semmelweis saga, where the man was years ahead of his time in urging hand washing and was driven into the loony bin by his close-minded dogmatic peers. This matter is identical to me. Hand washing is sanitation. Keeping your body free of toxic substances delivered by injection, and free of genetic alteration to include viral RNA is sanitation, in my humble opinion. I’d like to do a past life regression on Pontiff Pan and see if he was one of the persecutors of Semmelweis.

Galileo and others were placed on ‘house arrest’ by similar forces of an evil church at the time. They were in violation of “contemporary consensus” of the times.

Please be aware that this week, it is likely that American sovereignty over health matters will be surrendered to the WHO, which will be enabled to declare an emergency anywhere it wants, inclusive of INSIDE our states, and issue edicts that will be carried out. We are going so far as to have unelected and foreign entities in absolute control of our physical bodies via medical “emergencies”.

I am hopeful that some rich dude with megabucks might decide he doesn’t want to be lined up for injection, quarantined, forced to wear an arm band, etc. and take this matter to court while there are still some members of the judiciary who might remember what fundamental rights are. I don’t think Congress, by treaty, can barter or give away your unalienable and fundamental rights. You have an unalienable Right to the Temple of God (your body) that you inhabit. But Congress is in the hands of Progressives and marching us to war and relinquishment of the rest of our Liberties. The EVIL forces from HELL are HELL bent to taking that from me as well.

PS. Californians can still contact their state senators to oppose AB 2098. Since the Democratic party is a machine in this state, it will likely do little good, but nevertheless, we should make our voices heard so that if the People do rise up to reclaim their birthright, these evildoers can be held for treason or something similar.
