Dear Subscriber,
Holiday gift idea.
I’ve reported on a very novel device in the past. It is made by my light therapy mentor, Gene Barnett of Advanced Light Devices. This is a little light emitting device that emits a huge payload of bright red light at 635nm frequency. It delivers a lot of health benefits including:
Enhancing Oxygen carrying capacity.
Lowering of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
Reduces high blood viscosity.
Reduces inflammation.
Enhances immune system.
Increases a favorable cellular metabolism.
Enhances the removal of aged and dying cells.
Helps with mild to moderate pain.
I’ve been enamored with this light frequency for many years. I used an expensive red medical laser to heal a shoulder tendon from a cross country skiing fall. There are now far less expensive devices.
One such device is called a Theralumen
It is on my left wrist in this picture and you can see its size, like a large watch. But it packs a large punch. Look at the power of the red light illuminating my skin. It is shining on two major arteries going to my hand and enabling the circulating cells to absorb the wavelength. This is a nice treatment for circulation in general. But, this device is LED and not expensive laser.
When Gene first showed it to me, I loved it. Both Terri and I each got one. I realized it was good for more than circulation. The red laser worked well for pain. So, this should as well.
A few days ago, while giving Terri a gentle hug, something happened to my wrist and I suddenly developed moderate pain. It is like the joint simply slipped out, and I could not adjust it to free myself of pain. I put The Theralumen on my wrist, like you see in the picture, and by the end of the session, pain was 90% gone. Totally gone the next day. So, I thought I’d revisit this unique device for you. Gene tells me it is selling for $300-350. He is offering it to my readers for just $249. You can email Dennis@aldmed.com and use the code Rowen23 to get this. I typically use it 1-2 times daily while at my computer writing. I would not stare directly at is, as it is very bright. But it can be used around closed eyes. The light emitted is red. Longer wavelength. I’ve seen no reports of untoward effects anywhere from this wavelength of light!
I think this would make a really nice holiday gift. We already have two, so I got yet another energy device for Terri to play with and if it does as expected, I will write on that as well.
To Your Excellent Health!

Good question. There is abundant research that red light in the 650 nm range carries a significant healing benefit. It does not penetrate is far as infrared, but it strongly stimulated circulation, wound healing and more I've covered the effects. I would not have red LED throughout my home. Ambient light is a mixture of wavelengths, all of which are necessary for us. But red LED or laser shined on a compromised area provides free energy which can be used for healing. This device is certainly more portable.
I would do ozone therapy rather than surgery if I had a rotator cuff injury. The light therapy can be applied any time as it promotes circulation and healing. If it were me, I would use 3 times daily for its natural timed cycle.
