He did an excellent job explaining the misunderstandings amongst both the lay and professional populations regarding essential oils. This information should save you a lot of money in the long run, and more important, give you more tools to protect your long-term health.
There are two essential fatty acids (parent omega oils), LA (linoleic acid) (omega 6) and ALA (alpha linolenic acid) which is omega 3. BOTH are only 18 carbon chain. LA has two unsaturates. ALA has 3. Marine oils are 20 carbon chain and have far more unsaturated. First, I will explain “unsaturated”.
