The Price of "Trusting the Experts" on Fish Oils - Damage to your Mitochondria. Part 2 of 3
#17 Part 2 2023 The Rowen Premium Report
Dear Subscriber,
This is part 2 of my report on fatty acids and some real dangers of the use of marine oils. I humbly thank you for your subscription to the Premium section. As I’ve repeatedly said, my goal here is to give you key detailed information that should greatly aid you in your quest for health and healing, and return multifold the small price you paid for your subscription here. I believe this multi-part report on fatty acids alone can do exactly that.
Because of length, I’ve decided to break it up into three parts. Please be sure to save each one so you can put them together and reread it in context. This series report on fatty acids is one of my more important ones. You will see why. Goal is saving you unnecessary aging and saving you money. I will not be putting these Premium reports out on an exact schedule due to complexity in drafting them, and my own schedule. I might have some more rapid-fire reports perhaps weekly or more often, or perhaps every other week, perhaps less often in times of travel. Nevertheless, I hope you will find highly useful information valuable to you individually.
I am now working with a subscriber at this moment to create a podcast to cover issues like this, have a live exchange with listeners, interview major experts in the fields of integrative medicine, and discuss not only very important issues on health and prevention, but also basic fundamental law which fundamentals are rapidly dying in our land at the hands of ruinous Rulers, as the Founders turn over in their graves.
Now, back to the subject at hand…….
A major article in 2017 confirmed the warnings of Brian Peskin and me regarding the consumption of marine oil as supplement, and the benefits of consuming real parent essential oils or the real essential fatty acids. The article details damage to mitochondria, your critical energy furnaces from the former, a problem totally overlooked by the “EXPERTS” and sellers of marine oils.
Here is a diagram of a mitochondrial membrane.
Notice that there is an inner and an outer membrane. All membranes are composed of a bilayer of lipids. Here is the all-important inner mitochondrial membrane. Notice a bilayer of phospholipids, the structure with the brown heads on the outside and the yellow like tails which point in. The former is hydrophilic which means water loving, and the latter, or inner structure, is hydrophobic, which is water repelling. This gives biological membranes amazing properties to pass in and out what they want, and repel what they don’t want. The combination is called amphipathic.
The fatty acid structure in the membrane is called cardiolipin [CL]. It is critical. It has to be uniform to a degree to house the proteins embedded in its structure. And the fatty acids have to be resistant to the fires burning within the furnaces. Remember, inside your mitochondria occurs combustion of hydrocarbon molecules into carbon dioxide and water, making energy in the process. Combustion = FIRE. The diagram above shows the “electron transport chain” which controls the fire to produce useable energy. Note the transport of H+ (hydrogen ions) into the inter-membrane space. This creates a hydrogen pressure gradient which the mitochondria then uses, like the pressure gradient behind a water dam, to produce ATP energy. (This is also the place where you can make the process less efficient through mitochondrial “uncoupling” which I’ve addressed in a previous issue on bioflavonoids, and will have a follow up here in the Premium section.
When you uncouple (good for weight loss),
