The Price of "Trusting the Experts" on Fish Oils - Damage to your Mitochondria. Part 1
#17 2023 The Rowen Premium Report
Dear Subscriber,
I have a real treat for you today and in upcoming Part 2. Thank you for your patience in permitting me to gather some really fine information to you in the Premium section. It takes extra time and I reserve such research for the Premium subscribers. My intent is not to overload your inbox with too frequent but not useful information. While the Premium report does have a subscription fee, it is my mission to save you multifold on that subscription, by providing you with immediately useful information to support your health, and protect your pocketbook. This report should blend right into my mission, and hopefully guide you to prevent unnecessary aging to your mitochondria (cell energy furnaces).
Several years ago, I was taken by the information of Brial Peskin, MS, a non-physician who had made his life into studying essential fatty acids vs marine (fish) oil. The outcome of that fortuitous meeting was an education that marine oils are not “essential fatty acids”, that marine oils are likely dangerous when taken as supplements (drug doses, not as found in food) and led to me co-authoring a book with him called PEO Solution for “parent essential oils”.
The cause of this was the then, and continuing into the now, craze of the use of marine oils for just about everything. Peskin produced information that the very long chain and highly unsaturated oils found in the sea were appropriate for fish in cold water, but potentially dangerous to us (except as found in intact food, like salmon).
