SCOTUS Rules States can Block Minors from Mutilating Themselves. What is Your Opinion?
#59 2025 The Rowen Report
Dear Subscriber,
I am reaching out to you to solicit feedback on this subject. I personally believe that the Supreme Court got it right. Only the three Lef t justices voted that transgender minors are protected by the Constitution and even one of them did not give a full ruling on the matter.
I happen to believe that something has gone radically wrong in persons who develop gender dysphoria. There has been homosexuality among men for thousands of years. Even in animals. But the gay men I know know that they are men who simply prefer men as sexual partners. But in today’sddddddddddddd world, humans born with a penis and testicles think they are women, no, they KNOW they are women, and humans born with a vagina and develop breasts are convinced they are boys. This is rather new on the scene, especially at today’s levels.
The worst part of this is that these confused CHILDREN, want immediate satisfaction and are wanting and willing to undergo what is termed “gender affirming care”. I prefer to call it what it really is – hormone therapy to obstruct normal development, and irreversible genital mutilation. Scandinavian studies show that some 80% of these people either grow out of the disorder or become sorry for what they did to themselves after not too many years.
States have stepped in and, in the case of Tennessee, passed laws preventing medical care affirming gender choice to minors. The activists took this to court claiming there is a federal constitutionally protected right under the 14th amendment’s equal protection clause for children to seek to have their genitals or breasts chopped off.
Health matters were never delegated to the federal government, and hence, under the 9th and 10thamendments, these matters are retained by the states.
Consider that someone under 16 does not have the equal protection to drive (generally age 16), to vote, to drink alcohol, to contract, and even to consent to engage in sex. Yet the WOKE movement wants you to believe that such a child has the mental and maturity capacity to consent (contract) to an irreversible surgery that will result in permanent sterility or mutilation? This is lunacy to me, and the justices that voted to sustain such alleged rights are fruitcakes themselves, in my opinion.
This is a combined political and health issue. I am bringing it forward to engage your input and comment here. I don’t want a human with a penis in the girls’ locker room or competing with women in organized sports. I believe the latter is simply unfair, morally, ethically, and in every way, as the person who was bathed in male hormones has an automatic unfair advantage in strength. After “he” gets his penis whacked off, perhaps then “(s)he can be welcome in the girls’ bathroom, but not in girls’ sports.
I believe we will be seeing matters of forced vaccination also make it to the Supremes. The century old Jacobson case, the states use to mandate vaccinations, has lots of holes in it ripe to be relitigated. That case was decided based on the assumption that the smallpox vaccine was held by the community to be both safe and effective, but the court left out the possibility of new information in the future that could upend that philosophy. Well, today we know that vaccines are not without risk, proven by the government’s setting up of VAERS and granting. Pharma immunity for damage inflicted by vaccines.
Thank you, Supreme Court, for a very rational decision which protect parental rights, state’s rights, and the children themselves for mistakes they could make in their immaturity. I, for one, would rather see the resources we are not diverting to trans political issues redirected to learning the underlying causes of gender dysphoria, which must go back to environmental intoxication with hormone disruptors. It is entirely possible that vaccinations are playing a role. After all, the forced hepatitis vaccine is grown in a cell line from an aborted male fetus. Hmmm.
To Your Excellent Health!

absolutely. They are still to young to make those kind of life altering choices.
Ultimately it’s the parents who have do navigate through their children’s health issues; therefore, parents rights to make decisions for their minor children should be protected by the law.
Hormonal therapy is allowed to be used on minors who often self- report body dismorphic disorder, feel like they are in a wrong body and who wish to change their gender. I have been wondering why we don’t hear about treatments which would allow a minor to balance their hormones and see if that would help the body dismorphic disorder rather than go to the extreme options and prescribing aggressive treatments and surgeries?
