Podcast with the Legendary John Parks Trowbridge, MD, author of The Yeast Syndrome
#16 The Rowen Report
Dear Subscriber,
I am delighted to let you know that my latest podcast it up and running both on YouTube and Rumble. I interviewed legendary John Parks Trowbridge, MD. He wrote the very popular book “The Yeast Syndrome” years ago, which is still an excellent seller today. He is a chelation therapy guru and I consider him one of my mentors as well as a great friend. We both have been in this field for over 40 years!
This is a very entertaining and informative interview. Our producer, Lucas Dean, was so entranced that has asked us to do a follow up which we have scheduled and will have up in several days. John has also been active politically as both a medical and a political freedom fighter. Though also standing up to the draconian powers, he has managed to avoid the harshness that I encountered.
I really enjoyed this interview. It is FULL of health centered wisdom, and John sees healing rather simply. He says your body doesn’t make mistakes. It is we who make the mistakes by putting into our bodies what should not be there, and not putting into it what should be there.
Yes, I generally see it the same way!
Please enjoy:

There are other grains that might be better for some people. Sorghum, millet for example, with less lectins than conventional grains. Lentils are very rich in protein. Needs to be pressure cooked. I simply skip breakfast in order to narrow my eating window daily to about 6 hours.
I have recently become a vegan. I feel like oats are not the best choice for breakfast. Do you have any suggestions for me?
Thank you in advance,
Joanna
