Part 2 - The Miracles of Wasabi Japonica for Weight, Cancer Prevention, Bone Protection and More
#1 Part 2 The Rowen Premium Report
Dear Subscriber,
As you know, I am a fan of the nutrient power of superfoods. Little did I know that wasabi, the stuff you spice your sushi with, is one of these foods. My main interest for clients is cognitive function, a challenge now especially hitting the aging boomer generation. I want to really keep my own brain as young and functional as possible. Physical exercise is one way. Work, problem solving, reading, games like chess, and creativity all stimulate neurons for greater “plasticity” (no not toxic plastic), and neural synapse connections. And nutrients can protect our neurons. Of course, I don’t feel the same about vaccines.
Wasabi is loaded with phytochemicals and polyphenols, which pack many powerful benefits. These may include weight management, inflammation reduction, cancer prevention and bone health, in addition to slowing cognitive decline (part 1
).
