Dear Subscriber,
I want to take a moment to editorialize on the similarity of the so-called natural disasters and the disaster of the human health condition.
We have seen some horrible disasters such as catastrophic fires and destruction from hurricanes. And, the disasters seem to keep getting worse. Of course, climate change is blamed for it all, quite a useful political ploy. Now I can’t deny that the temperature is increasing. Is it all human? Not sure. Data from Mars suggests that planet is warming as well. I don’t think Mars’ warming is due to human activity.
Disasters are definitely getting worse – more death and damage. But is that due to natural phenomena ramping up or is it due to our stupidity to knowingly build in harm’s way and challenge Nature. In my local area an entire community of houses got incinerated several years ago. What happened? They were built in the exact same area of a fire that incinerated the same land some 30-40 years ago. And, in California, we stupid humans refused to let natural fires burn to take out unnatural underbrush. Hence, explosive underbrush simply built up to sustain infernos. Mature forests have natural burn cycles and mature trees can be highly resistant to natural fires. But not in the face of the underbrush. In the case of California, it is compounded by the importation of invasive grasses to feed cows generations ago, not for consideration of the environment. Non native grasses are not nearly so fire resistant as native grasses with deep roots and used to regular fires.
So, consider Lahina. It is my understanding that invasive and highly flammable grasses took over the area. That the state government did little to nothing to reduce the risk of these non-native grasses growing to the sky, drying out and standing there like a tinder box. High winds were predicted, the electric company apparently did not take preventive action, live poles went down sparking fire.
Here in California, PG&E has learned to power down when there is a red flag warning. Residents are expected to cut the grass at the end of the rainy season, when the grass turns brown and becomes a Hellish risk. Sadly, none of this happened on Maui. Authorities knew years ago the land was a time bomb, and in this instant case, they did not even let the sirens go off. After our Sonoma county disastrous fires several years ago, there are cell phone warnings automatically when danger is coming.
So, what is the connection of this stupidity to our health? Lots. We have explosions of human health disasters. Autism, auto-immune disease, epidemic atopic disease in children, cancer, degenerative diseases, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, arterial disease in adults, just to name a few. These conditions were not common a century ago, as wildfire and flood disasters were not nearly as common as they are today. With our bodies, we are directly putting them in harm’s way with exposure to forever chemicals, pesticides, hormone disruptors, other chemicals, increasing exposure to toxic EMF, and worst of all, agricultural products grown on depleted soils, depriving us of needed nutrients, and making our own “terrain” like a tinder box for disease.
Our hearts ache for the innocent people of Maui who lost their lives, or their loved ones, or their life’s work. In my opinion they were betrayed by stupidity and ignorance, both. Our hearts ache for those afflicted by the epidemics of chronic degenerative diseases, with symptoms covered up with “non-native grasses” (drugs AND VACCINES), flaming further damage to their bodies. Albert Einstein said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
I say our alleged government is insane by Einstein’s definition. We are insane as well. We elect the same corrupt individuals to Rule over us, election after election and expect different results. We need only look at the health status of some high elected officials of either major political party to see what we ourselves are headed for. We sustain the same corrupt Disease maintenance officials to make decisions for us and relinquish our rights of self-determination. We are getting sicker, remaining ill with bodies that cannot heal due to degraded physiological terrain– not unlike the degraded terrain that has led to community catastrophes.
I hope you will join me in a moment of prayer of awakening for us all in the aftermath of the tragedy in Maui.
To Your Excellent Health and Recovery from Insanity,
Robert Jay Rowen, MD
I believe we elect politicians who once they get into office they see so much corruption and greed with lobbyist tempting with bribes they just fall right into lock-step with their own interest, not the peoples. We need to change laws to hold politicians accountable. You can change the world if you spend the cash. Just ask G Soros how he is doing it.
