On the Eve of Open Hot War with Russia - Things to Consider to Have on Hand

I was asked by a subscriber what drugs/supplements to have on hand in case of emergency. You know my goal on this page is to address health and political issues related to health/medicine/environment. But this week I got a huge scare of a real crisis being brought to the entire planet by our government.

There is wide talk in the mainstream state-controlled press that the American “government” will or is supplying longer range weapons to Ukraine with a strike range close to Moscow. I don’t know what side of the political spectrum you might be on, but consider. We are funding a war against Russia with YOUR tax dollars and further indebting your progeny. Hundreds of thousands on each side dead, injured and untold damage. Our weapons are striking inside the sovereign territory of Russia. Ukraine has recently invaded Russia and occupying territory using our weapons. And just WHO is getting rich and powerful off it?

Here is what Vladmir Putin had to say about this:

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that his country will be "at war" with NATO if the West lifts restrictions on its missiles in Ukraine. His announcement comes on the heels of Russian military aircraft being spotted flying off the coast of Alaska. 

"This will mean that NATO countries — the United States and European countries — are at war with Russia. And if this is the case, then, bearing in mind the change in the essence of the conflict, we will make appropriate decisions in response to the threats that will be posed to us," Putin told reporters on Thursday.

To me, this is not just a health issue, but an existential threat. How could one blame Russia, if attacked inside its borders with weapons supplied by NATO countries for responding with extraordinary force against NATO directly. Personally, I believe the NEOCON hijacked governments here and abroad are deliberately pressing for war for EVIL purposes. I saw EVIL in the government response to COVID and the lies dumped on us and the forced genetic jabs. I see a similar EVIL in the government’s war machine, and I will consider what President Eisenhower said in my voting choices. (I heard his farewell address when I was only 11.) Every American should review his warnings considering what we are dealing with today.

So back to the question and how to prepare? First, have some iodine on hand. If nukes start dropping, we will have a rise in toxic radioactive iodine in the atmosphere. I would keep vitamin D around. I take 5,000 units per day. Please keep some organic freeze-dried green mix to have an instant supply of close to the source vegetable juice. You can store calories in the form of grains (like rice, quinoa, etc.) and legumes (like lentils, beans, etc.). Many of these can be sprouted into instant “veggies”. They have supplements and a good veggie powder “Progreens”.  Chia seeds are a good source of fatty acids and protein but they contain lectins. Having some sealed packages of organic hulled hempseeds sounds like a great idea. Shelf life is an issue. Unprocessed foods packed in nitrogen will last longest.

Pay attention that Ukraine is a huge producer of wheat. It would not take much more mayhem to disrupt the entire world wheat balance. When is problematic for many people with gluten, but is certainly an important source of calories for billions. It is easily stored. If you do store grains/legumes, you must protect from rodents.

I like trace minerals, vitamin A, vitamin B12 (for vegetarians), and a natural source of vitamin E. Some bottles of organic food sourced multivitamin/mineral might also be a good idea. Essential fatty acids. (Your Essential Supplements company.) Specifically for iodine, we keep Lugol’s tablets on hand.

I am not a fan of chemical drugs, but they can have a purpose. Heavily advertised is the Jase Case. That said, I would prefer my friends to have a home ozone generator.

I have heavily covered home ozone in past posts, and we have information on this on our office website. I believe with home ozone you can defeat the need for most drugs (including antibiotics). You will simply need to keep a tank of oxygen on hand. Yes, it can run out. But so will the drugs, if used. The tank of oxygen can last months, even if heavily used. Finally, if you are on drugs, have a 6-month supply, minimum. If you are on hormones, like thyroid, I’d keep a year supply.  Most of our drugs are now made in China, thanks to outsourcing, done by industry, and aided and abetted by government (in my opinion).

I did not make this post partisan. It is not. That we have a hijacked government promoting war goes back to the warnings of President Eisenhower and policies carried forward by insane NEOCON Rulers run amok since his time from both establishment dominant parties.

I am very concerned, especially with an upcoming election and extreme uncertainties we will experience, and Russia will perceive based on our behavior and what it is experiencing.

I assure you that the government lied to the people of its time at the dawn of WWI, the Spanish American War, and the War Between the States (also called Civil War, which is a poor term).

My attitude on trusting anything fed us by government changed with living through the COVID nightmare.
