Insurance Company Fraud/Malevolence Leads to Murder? Reimbursement Practices Questioned Publicly at Last
#127 20224 The Rowen Report
Dear Subscriber,
You have likely read about the killing of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson in a bold clearly premeditated planned shooting in NYC. It made international news. There is a manhunt for the killer. However, the killing has raised questions that should have been addressed long, long ago, which questions most likely affect ALL of you.
“Deny, Delay, Defend” were inscribed on the shell casings found at the scene. Clearly this was a message. And clearly it refers to the unholy practice of insurance companies, a largely unregulated industry due to corporate profiteering and lobbying. It means the mantra of insurance company policy is to avoid paying wherever possible, and to NOT pay if the company can get away with it. It applies to healthcare and all insurance across the board. Simple delay nets the toxic companies billions per year in interest they gain by holding on to funds YOU need to avoid interest on your debt. If they succeed in denying, then they pocket the whole thing. Defend means they are willing to put up (threaten you) the legal cost not to pay, knowing you don’t have the money to take the bastards to court. (Sorry for my language).
Please don’t get me wrong. I abhor violence. But we must strive to understand violence to prevent/avert future violence, including war. Might this man have been driven to seek retribution, otherwise denied to him or family, for an unholy denial of coverage for a matter that led to death of a spouse or family member? Again, not justification for murder. But raising an issue that is critical for our times. It is also important for the perpetrator in our society. Yes, this was murder, premeditated, deserving of punishment. But were he a victim of insurance fraud, the mitigating factor would have to spill over into an adjustment in his punishment. For example, if you hold a gun to someone for his wallet and shoot him in cold blood, there will be no mercy. If you walk into your bedroom and your spouse is in bed with someone else and. you get your gun, while still murder, the matter is treated differently, in this case, as a crime of passion.
I consider health insurance an evil across the board. For example, we (integrative physicians) can fix 90% of knees for about 5% the cost of a knee replacement, and at essentially no risk. But neither insurance nor Medicare will cover the ozone price. Same with chronic disease. Same with semi-acute problems, pain and chronic pain. We can reverse heart failure most of the time. We can do the same with chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, autoimmune disease and more. But there is no reimbursement for our patients. This is one reason why I so strongly support the moves Trump is making, especially with the fantastic appointment of RFK, Jr, who needs your support (via sending messages to your US Senators) for confirmation in what likely will be a bitter battle financed by insurance and Pharma. I know that Kennedy is concerned about this and that he is fully aware of “alternative” medical practices that actually heal.
Insurance pockets “blood money” as does Pharma. Just delaying pockets them billions, as mentioned above, but makes your life miserable, possibly even killing you..
Please make your thoughts known to your U.S. Senators about Kennedy and other Trump appointees related to health matters. I do know that Trump himself is very concerned about these matters and wants to really rattle the cage of the corruption that has been permitted for decades.
Perhaps something positive can come out of this murder with investigations of the suffering and fraud inflicted by these tyrannical giant corporations over the lives of ordinary people.

QUESTION: Why have you not commented on the killing of Thompson in NYC?
DD
ANSWER: I don’t know what you want me to say. I think this was inevitable, as insurance companies are the #1 consumer fraud rip-off of Americans every day of their existence, and they grease the palms of politicians to be exempt from consumer fraud. I have NEVER had any insurance company EVER honor what they pretend. I was self-insured here for the storm. A guy a couple of doors from me was paying $40,000 yearly for insurance, and they denied all his claims. He will no longer buy insurance. One of my staff had her car parked, and a drunk guy slammed into it, totaling the parked car. Her insurance company said he had to be paid by the other one, over a year and no payment. My mother’s house had a pipe freeze. They sent investigators asking neighbors if she was there because she went to stay at my sister’s. They have a clause that if you are not there, they will not pay. That cost me $50,000 to fix her home. In a storm, the top of the tree broke and lunged into a brand new Porsche, maybe 2 weeks old. I sent it to the Porsche dealer, who sent it to Bordentown Autobody, which burned down with my car inside. Allstate said it was two deductibles.
They charge your car insurance on the value you pay for brand new. Put in a claim, and it is suddenly depreciated, yet they continue to charge you on the original price. They NEVER reduce your car insurance in proportion to the depreciation. That is consumer fraud, and our politicians do NOTHING!
Insurance companies kill people all the time. This was inevitable. The shell casings found at the scene where the UnitedHealthcare CEO was shot dead by a masked gunman in front of a busy New York City hotel had “deny,” “defend” and“depose” written on them. This was retribution. It is a shame that it will not change the culture of insurance, and the police and politicians will love to hunt down this guy and kill him in a blaze of glory. Nobody will ever look at the corruption that sent this guy over the edge. I am very concerned that we may see others start to do the same, for those in the insurance industry will always worship the penny over the lives they pretend to care about. Our politicians line their pockets at the expense of We the People.

Hi Dr. Rowan. I worked for UnitedHealth Group's, Optum company, as a RN Case Manager for 7.5 years. What I saw during the plandemic was horrendous. There was a tremendous amount of fraud based on the PCR, which cannot diagnose infection, being used to diagnose, so these companies could launder tax payer dollars, courtesy of the US government (who were working with them and helped facilitate the fraud).
Yes, the insurance companies deny a lot of claims resulting in patients not being able to get the surgeries they believe they need, the so-called therapeutics their doctors are prescribing, physical therapy needed to recover their mobility, etc. But, they are one cog in a giant fraud wheel, which is the allopathic medicine system.
That entire system (including the schools who teach it, the models of disease that are put in their textbooks, the fraudulent tests they use to push pharmaceuticals, the fact that all pharmaceuticals are toxic substances masquerading as medicine, the entire pharmaceutical industry, the fraudulent pseudoscience of virology, and the insurance companies who force the public into allopathic clinics and facilities for sickcare) was founded for the purposes of eugenics. The goal was to have a monopoly on what the majority of the public believe is "healthcare," which is ALL intended to weaken their bodies and perpetuate the cycle of continued illness so the Pharma companies, facilities, insurance companies, etc, can rake in more and more money from the poor saps who visit their providers seeking care.
If the public wasn't manipulated by education, movies, TV shows, podcasts, commercials, etc into believing the system is designed to help them heal illness, no one would pay for health insurance, and no one would go to the White Coat Cult for treatment because they would understand what most doctors don't, which is that about 99.9% of it is intended to keep them sick, and make them sicker. The only exceptions to that rule are the .1% of surgeries that are actually necessary related to accidents that result in physical trauma where bones need to be reset, blood transfusions are needed, or an organ needs surgical repair.
If there wasn't a constant barrage of environmental poisoning via the food, water, EMFs, synthetic supplements, chemtrail spraying, insect release, etc being caused by the other WEF companies and their puppet governments, about 90-99% of dis-ease would disappear.
Please understand that this isn't an indictment against the sickcare providers. They have been heavily indoctrinated (as I was) and they believe they are doing good, and they are using the only tools they know. And, it isn't an indictment against the handful of white coat-wearing doctors who have studied outside of the parameters of the fraud journals, who have unlearned their fraudulent education, who have rejected the fraudulent models of disease, and now are true healers (like perhaps yourself).
It is however, an indictment of the conglomerate of World Economic Forum companies, universities, facilities, media, celebrities, Big Food companies, Big Ag companies, chemical manufacturing companies (including Pharma), personal care and hygiene companies, and insurance companies who all work together in a giant Cabal of evil to harm the public so they can push them into the cyclical sickcare system and absorb their wealth and health. ALL WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM COMPANIES should be being sued for every dime they have profited. We need to take back or wealth, bankrupt their companies into collapse, close their banks and investment firms permanently, shut down their environmental poisoning schemes, and that would restore health and wellness in our world.
What happens after, for example, an "integrative physicians"cures a knee, removing the need for an expensive knee replacement? Nothing. Cured is not defined for knee problems. No one can prove a cure occurred. Insurance companies are not interested in paying for "cured cases" of any disease. No doctor, nurse, clinic, hospital, medical system, nor insurance company tracks and CURED cases of and disease. Modern medical insurance, when it actually pays a claim, pays for "treatments." Success of the treatment, especially curative success, is not financially important.
To your health, Tracy
