Dear Subscriber,
My reports were not quite as frequent the past few weeks. Terri and I enjoyed a long sought and deserved real holiday. First in years. We went to France for slightly more than two weeks.
Yes, the places we saw were more than impressive. The art, architecture, and culture is hard to compare. I spent at least 20 hours in the Louvre Museum. Of course, we went up the Eifel Tower and went into magnificent buildings I don’t think could be done today. How did they build those cathedrals?
The most moving part of the trip was visiting Normandy. What our men and women accomplished on D-Day and beyond moves the soul. It was painful to see the museums, recount the history, but even more painful is that humanity has not learned the lessons of war. That our country is waging longer and more damaging wars than we did in 1940’s tyrannical Europe just seemed incoherent to us. Our spiritual teacher told us once that humanity will never change. Just seeing the horror of Normandy, and how it moved to Korea, then Vietnam, additional wars and now a proxy war with Russia, and the risk of nuclear annihilation boggles the mind that the common folk are tolerating the manipulations of the rich and powerful of today. Heck, Parisians rose up and beheaded the monarchs of Revolutionary France, yet reinstated a monarchy with “Emperor” Napoleon, who drove yet more death and destruction in Europe. You cannot imagine the monstrously huge paintings in the Louvre, and Versailles devoted to war. I don’t think we are capable of learning, and will only “learn” (submission) by the coming New World Order of subservience and our daily “soma”.
The cathedrals also were moving. Likely impossible to replicate today, the construction and the art were majestic, but also movingly sad. The opulence of the church as well as the royalty must have driven the poor into even worse straights. Considering the opulence and power and war mongering of our ruling class today, nothing has changed here either.
In medical news you need to know, a report came out that a component of blood found in platelets might be the holy grail of youthful blood for anti-aging. A trio of recent articles has found that a protein made in platelets (platelet factor 4 of PF4) is the magic protein in platelets that regenerates youth. Old animals, equivalent to our 70 years of age were infused with PF4, or a hormone called klotho, which increases insulin sensitivity and works through PF4 restored youthfulness in the aged rodents. As we age our levels of klotho reduce. Lower levels are associated with frailty in humans. Exercise is a great way to keep levels strong. Klotho may ultimately play a role in memory dysfunction and Alzheimer’s. It protects against oxidative stress and protects neurons. Klotho appears to work by stimulating platelets to release PF4.
“Just injecting PF4 into old animals was about as restorative as giving them young plasma. It calmed down the aged immune system in their bodies and brains. Old animals treated with PF4 performed better on a variety of memory and learning tasks.”
"PF4 actually causes the immune system to look younger, it's decreasing all of these active pro-aging immune factors, leading to a brain with less inflammation, more plasticity and eventually more cognition," Villeda said. "We're taking 22-month-old mice, equivalent to a human in their 70s, and PF4 is bringing them back to function close to their late 30s, early 40s."
While ozone has not been directly tied (yet) to PF4 or klotho, I personally believe it is a powerful anti-aging method and likely linked to both. Its effects on joints totally mirror the findings above. I have found ozone to work better than PRP or platelet rich plasma, which is why I make this statement. You can see results on our YouTube channel.
I encourage you to read the references provided by the links below. Easy reading. While we hear horror stories of the rich and powerful attempting to stay forever young via the blood of children, perhaps newer research will provide them means to get the benefits without pedophile murder, if that is actually happening, as some of my friends believe.
Thank you for your support of this page. I plan some upcoming novel information in the Premium Section.
To Your Excellent Health,

Terri wanted to see France before it is destroyed by terrorists. Did not encounter any issues while there.
Think about it--why would they kill children for their blood when they could draw their blood regularly by keeping them alive, assuming anyone does this?
Of course, if they wanted to eat them, that might be a different story. Which reminds me of a story. A man was traveling down a road and in a horse drawn wagon, with a three legged pig tethered behind the wagon. A passerby inquired about the pig, and why it only had three legs. The owner said, "Let me tell you about this pig. This is no ordinary pig. Once I was being robbed by highwaymen and the pig attacked them and drove them off, saving me from being robbed and maybe saving my life. Another time, my cart fell in a ditch on the side of the road and rolled on top of me, and the pig pulled the cart off of me, again saving my life. Another time I was attacked by a panther, and my pig fought him fiercely, driving him away and once again saving my life." The passerby asked, "So why does your pig have three legs?" The owner replied, "A pig like this you don't eat all at once!"
