Fluoride Now Linked to Autism, as I accurately Predicted 8 Years Ago. But, Alas, I am one of those "WHACKOS"

Dear Subscriber,
[First, thank you all for your comment about print size and contrast here. The majority of you preferred the readability of the bold in the last post. I am trying once more in this post to keep the old contrast but with bigger text. If the platform fails me, I’ll likely try the bolded font again. You can always copy and paste my information and place on a Word document and manually improve the contrast and readability for your needs.]
About 35 years ago, while living in Anchorage, Alaska, I called for the end of water fluoridation, which was occurring even without legislative authorization. We ultimately had public hearings on it and the public overwhelmingly opposed it. The mayor, on the fence, appointed a civil commission and said he would follow their recommendation. My nurse, Pat Hayes, RN got put on it. The commission voted to oppose fluoridation. But the assembly overrode public opinion and mandated it anyway. Leftist Mark Begich, who eventually succeeded Ted Stevens as Alaska US senator, was on the assembly, and knew better than us. (Sound familiar?) Begich ultimately was deciding vote in the sharply divided US senate to pass Obamacare. Alaskans kicked him out after one term.
In the meantime, this period was the peak of my alternative medicine influence in the state. I had been hard at work on getting a law passed protecting alternative medicine. One Jennifer Christensen, head of the Anchorage Medical Society and them official of the Alaska State Medical Association saw fit to take me out for being professionally unethical for doing chelation therapy and promoting the crazed notion that mercury in your fillings was dangerous. The pro-fluoride crowd, mostly dentists and the medical mob, saw fit to refer to me and the other anti-fluoridations literally as whack jobs, the EXACT tactics the current day mob is doing to vilify RFK, Jr for his notions about health and concerns about vaccination, a practice certainly as screaming hot as fluoridation.
Below is the abstract of an article that has just come out essentially admitting that the perceived tooth decay prevention in kids has been overestimated, while the pundits missed a connection between fluoridation and risk of autism in kids. This, at the same time that our Corruption and Deception Commission (aka CDC) has pushed this demonic practice on the ENTIRE population, not just the young-uns it is supposed to help, and absent any real honorable evaluation, continues its LIE that fluoridation is one of the 10 greatest public health achievements of the last century. Do tell? Putting a DNA poison in our water is a great achievement? Sounds more like what they did to the population with the genetic jab!
I turned against fluoride in the 1980s. I was stunned to read a pamphlet containing articles indicting fluoride, at levels in drinking water, for inhibiting the DNA repair and synthesis enzyme – DNA polymerase – by a stunning 50%. Just put these words into a Google search: “fluoride effect on DNA polymerase”. Of course this is just basic biochemistry, BASIC, something the pundits would never descend to from the pulpits of drugs.
Please recall that I predicted the VIOXX, cox -2 ihibitor calamity years in advance, again. Based on simple BIOCHEMISTRY. Well, I guess I was a little too early on the fluoride matter as well. In 2017, I published this article, Fluoridation Practices - A Missing Link in the Vaccine Autism Connection? I researched and found online that fluoridated communities have a higher rate of autism. And now we see a mainstream article in a respected journal actually get through the censors to expose our exposure to a neurotoxin. I was only 7 years ahead of the ball instead of the 9 years with Vioxx. Semmelweis was 20 years ahead with hand washing. Kennedy is not necessarily ahead but he is right with the ball, recognizing that the research up to today challenges the notion that school vaccines are safe. And modern medicine remains in the Dark Ages. And what have we all in common? We were/are called whackos by a system that has not only not learned its lessons from its past unjust/evil/immoral demonization, but has become actually criminal in lying to us to cajole and/or force us to be jabbed with a biologic poison, mRNA corralling the former President to be a key henchman. And at the time, there were scores of us calling it out, with the biggest voices, such as Joe Mercola and RFK, Jr, being indicted as one of the “dirty dozen” of disinformation. I guess I was not a big enough voice to earn my place on that list. I would have considered it an honor.
How long are we going to take it? Everyone who bucks the prevailing paradigm is vilified and condemned, including duly ELECTED leaders. No, I am not referring to the malevolent ones who sold their souls decades ago. like Illinois senator Dick Durbin, the most vicious of those attacking your access to supplements, and natural healing therapies. I am referring to the recent election where one man was elected on certain promises, is actually fulfilling those promises, including the appointment of Kennedy, and endures the screams of the corrupt establishment at every turn, for fulfilling his promises to the People. This is not too dissimilar to what those of us in alternative medicine have had to endure for decades.
Soros appears to have funded these “grass roots” events, his “Indivisible” proudly bragging about it. (https://x.com/amuse/status/1908481990921244922?t=mYoAKlmg9cXG3GrC_xysKQ&s=09) Hmm. I suppose his alleged funding of the BLM riots also qualifies the infernos as “grass roots”.I saw this weekend where “they” are trying to politically silence Trump by corrupt NGOs financing and hiring the brainless in a coordinated (thankfully largely peaceful) assault, as the alternative doctors have been politically silenced (at least until now) by the medically brainless. Sorry for the political comments. I personally have endured this stuff myself, and feel compelled to comment.
And now, having been the praise of the Left for my choice to get a Tesla electric vehicle to protect the environment, I have to fear these very same people who are damaging the very electric cars and dealerships they espoused in a 180º turnabout on the former hero, Elon Musk. Now, I am expending electrical energy from the car to keep the sentry cameras on, concerned about the crazies who would damage my property, which property serving their alleged environmental cause, thinking that by “keying” the paint, they will hurt Musk, their former beloved.
We live in crazy times indeed. Not much different than the BLM inspired infernos that destroyed businesses in many cities. Crazies indeed. Idiots who cannot see that they will also pay more for their own insurance and goods for their criminal destruction. Idiots who stopped and viciously attacked a 61-year-old woman for driving a Tesla. To what have we descended?
Enough with discussing political craziness. It is time for us to take back our health from the so-called “EXPERTS” who brought you autism promoting water fluoridation and mRNA and a chemical-based symptom suppressing corrupt medical paradigm. I do hope that our new leaders will skip the “EXPERTS” who brought the health horrors we face today and replace them with “whackos” who at least have kept up with the ball, if not years ahead of it. You can be sure that if Kennedy were to tap a Mercola, a McCullough, or even a Rowen, the corrupt legacy press would do all in its power to scuttle our involvement and support those “EXPERTS” who brought us the failed system.
To Your Excellent Health, REAL HEALTH!
Robert Jay Rowen, MD
PS Incidentally, one hidden problem with fluoride is you really cannot avoid it. Simply living in an unfluoridated area, or filtering your water does not shield your child from products made with artificially fluoridated water. This was one of the craziest things ever in modern medicine. No way to control the total daily dose of a poison ubiquitously and deliberately put in our food chain. Even the John Birch Society of old was vilified for its opposition to water fluoridation more than 3 generations ago!
Tooth decay prevention and neurodevelopmental disorder risk following childhood fluoride exposure
Abstract
Background
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that water fluoridation is among the ten greatest public health achievements of the 20th Century. Tooth decay (TD) prevention and neurodevelopmental disorder (ND) risk were assessed in relation to childhood water fluoridation exposure.
Methods
This longitudinal cohort study examined the Independent Healthcare Research Database (IHRD) composed of prospectively collected healthcare data from the Florida Medicaid system for the period 1990–2012, using logistic and frequency statistical modeling (with adjustment for covariates). A cohort of 73,254 children continuously enrolled for their first 10 years of life was examined. The yearly percentage of persons in Florida receiving fluoridated water exposure from community water systems was examined by county. The number of children diagnosed with TD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability (ID), and specific delays in development (SDD) was evaluated.
Results
Fluoride exposure in the year of birth, statistically significantly and dose-dependently, slightly reduced the risk of TD, and, separately, slightly increased the risk of ASD, ADHD, ID, and SDD. During the first 10 years of life, children who were fluoride-exposed as compared to unexposed were at significantly lower risk for TD, and, separately, at significantly greater risk for ASD, ID, and SDD.
Conclusions
Findings from the present study, coupled with previous studies, suggest new risk/benefit analyses of water fluoridation should be undertaken.
Background
The United States (US) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that the fluoridation of drinking water was among the ten greatest US public health achievements of the 20th Century [1]. Fluoridation of drinking water in the US began in 1945 and by the end of the century reached an estimated 144 million persons [1]. Water fluoridation safely and inexpensively reduces dental caries (40%−70% reduction in tooth decay (TD)) regardless of socioeconomic status or access to care [1]. According to the US CDC, since 1950, opponents of water fluoridation have claimed that it increases the risk for cancer, Down’s syndrome, heart disease, osteoporosis and bone fracture, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, low intelligence quotient (IQ), Alzheimer’s disease, allergic reactions, and other health conditions [2]. The US CDC maintains water fluoridation safety is re-evaluated frequently, and no credible evidence supports an association between fluoridation and any of these conditions [2].
Despite reassurances from the US CDC regarding the safety and effectiveness of water fluoridation, recent data suggests the importance of undertaking further research to examine the accuracy of this stance.
In 2024, the Cochrane Review undertook an exhaustive consideration of studies examining the prevention of childhood dental caries by water fluoridation [3]. These investigators concluded, based upon contemporary studies, that initiation of water fluoridation might lead to a slight increase in the proportion of caries-free children, but with smaller effect sizes than pre-1975 studies. They also concluded that there was insufficient evidence to determine the effect of water fluoridation cessation on caries and, in addition, to determine whether water fluoridation resulted in a change in disparities in caries according to socioeconomic status.
The US National Research Council of the US National Academy of Sciences also examined water fluoridation safety [4]. They concluded that fluoride through both direct and indirect mechanisms can adversely affect the brain, and recommended additional research to assess water fluoride safety. A subsequent comprehensive review supported a significant association between elevated fluoride intake during early development and neurotoxicity [5].
The purpose of this multi-decade, large population-based, hypothesis-testing epidemiological study is to further examine the safety and efficacy of water fluoridation. The aim of the current study seeks to determine TD prevention and neurodevelopmental disorder (ND) risk following routine childhood water fluoride exposure among American children.
Rowen observation: Please the concerns above about fluoride, such as Down’s syndrome, lower IQ, allergic conditions, Alzheimer’s, immune problems, all will source at DNA damage, and would have been predictable when I first sounded alarms in the 1980s based on THEN known damage to DNA metabolism in the biochemical literature.
As a retired dental hygienist i have have been speaking out for many years against toxic fluoride being added to the water supply. Anyone with common sense would agree this is an insane idea.. Be careful if you are depending on Big Berkey fluoride filter to filter your water. They are lying the filters do not even come close to removing fluoride adequately. I distill my water. Thank God RFK will address this issue. We are in a tremendous spiritual battle between good and evil.imo.
Hypochlorous acid will have similar effects. However, OG will stay on and the acid is like water and will run off. OG worked far better for my cold sores than did HClO
