I continue with the next article on minerals, this one devoted to copper. I thank you all again for your love, concern and support for me while I was detained. I received many books, including 2 on copper. Sadly, since the books were sent from the distributors, I was not informed of who sent me what.
This material comes from a book called the “Copper Revolution” by Jason Hommel. I need to explain first. He is a layman. The book, in my opinion, is not well written, repeats itself incessantly, and he repeats his personal views on copper in almost like a rant. However, if the book were boiled down to about 1/3 its size, it gives some valuable insight into a relatively misunderstood mineral that has been confusing to even long-term integrative physicians like me.
