Regarding fatty acids, I have gotten a few messages similar to this.
“I share the same concern as "CL". My understanding from Dr. Mercola is that all seed oils are sources of high linoleic acid which he claims that most of us have in excess. So if the the PEO product is made from seed oils, how does that reconcile with Dr. Mercola's viewpoint? From what you are saying, Dr. Rowen, I gather that you are recommending some form of DHA/EPA supplementation, just not fish oils? I hope you can clarify this issue as I am confused.”
I’ve decided to cover it in the premium section in consideration of extra time for me to try to fully address it, and it is long, so it will have to be in two parts. This is part 1.
So, let’s go back, say 80 years, before the dawn of a ton of nutritional supplements. Let’s go back even further, say 150 years, before the dawn of any marketing of extracted or manufactured oils.
