A Wonderful Win Against University of California Vaccine Mandate

Del Bigtree’s ICAN group scored a major legal victory in California, with the largest university system, University of California, backing down on throwing out students for refuse vaccines for religious reasons.

This is wonderful news. U.C. was fixing to toss out a grad student for refusing vaccination for religious reasons. It is hard for me to believe, in this day and age, that my state, liberal and communist as it is, has decided that any school age children would be tossed out of school for not being vaccinated for religious reasons, or upon the opinion of a medical doctor that the vaccine poses a risk to the individual. Instead, a bureaucrat makes the decision.
I attended the U.C. system, earning my MD from UC San Francisco. Yes, I was into vaccines then, not knowing better. But by the time Gerald Ford foisted the toxic swine flu vaccine on Americans in 1976, I was waking up. I got one more vaccine, hep B, in 1981 and none since. And yes, it is against my personal religious beliefs to contaminate the Temple of God (my body) with chemicals, mRNA, viruses, bacteria, aborted fetal products, and more. It is also my personal medical belief that most vaccinations do not good, and can inflict harm.
TYRANT Senator doctor Richard Pan damned religious freedom in 2014 when he railroaded SB 277 through the legislature. I did my best to stop it. And, I see the same EVIL, which infected the system then through Pan, infect the federalies with the draconian mandates for COVID, and the horrible lies, including the lies from Biden’s own mouth.
I now happen to think there is a way for the common citizen to challenge the mandate.
A recent Supreme Court case, SEC v Jarsky, ruled that an agency cannot penalize (take property) from a natural person absent trial by jury. It is a violation of due process and the 7th amendment. I think a case could be made that an education is a vested right for children. Their parents are paying school taxes. Hence, they have a vested interested in the education, intellectual PROPERTY. If the child does not get vaccinated, an AGENCY can then determine that the child should be kicked out and denied said education. I think the time is ripe for an astute attorney to challenge Tyrant Pan’s mandate in court and return our personal unalienable Rights to our body to us. I would like to see a challenge to a vaccine heard by a jury than a biased agency. I will forward this to a vaccine litigating attorney for his thoughts. I would certainly testify on behalf of this notion for a child seeking exemption before a jury, not an toxic agency.

It seems to me that most vaccines will likely give you symptoms of the disease that you may never get otherwise, while offering no real or long lasting protection, not to mention other side effect, including death. And the Covid vaccines are shown to increase your chances of being infected and getting repeat infections of variations of Covid, starting with Omicron,
And what evil is Richard Pan up to now?
Also, the level of vax mandate at a College seems to be a good corruption meter for that institution. My take is that I would want a College to follow actual science, not only Political Science.
