Dear Subscriber,
I have an interesting report for the men in this audience who might be concerned about reproductive, sexual and testicular health. I started researching a newly discovered protein called klotho, brought to my attention by a good physician friend. I will have a report here on this anti-ageing substance in an upcoming Premium report. I wanted to find out if ozone therapy has any connection in stimulating klotho. I found just one paper mentioning both klotho and ozone, and it dealt with ozone protecting testicular and hormone function in male rats. It is a review article on all the animal literature on ozone and male reproduction, and while not “exactly” on point with our human situation in today’s toxic world, I think it has relevance significant enough to present to you.
I am a case in point for ozone. You all know I take ozone regularly and for years. I do so primarily for anti-ageing and for my macular degeneration. I will have a most amazing report on ozone and anti-ageing in the not-too-distant future, as I am speaking on the subject at a large ozone conference this fall. Simply stunning research on ozone slowing the ageing process.
Now in this report, the reviewers looked at animal studies for the usefulness on ozone protecting testicular function, important to all men. My total testosterone level has been outstanding ever since I started measuring it more than 15 years ago. That simply means the raw output of my testicles is at the top. (And, my PSA levels have remained very low, and Terri and I are quite happy about that). What happens downstream from that, however is also very important. In my last blood test I saw a rise in estradiol – not the best, and common in senior men. I will begin working on myself to lower the estradiol level.
